My business trip went very well without issues. The exit stamp officer was rather intense in examination of all paperwork (he actually gave an elderly couple in front of me in line a lot of trouble). I got the standard look over and then waved through to my flight. My Wife is Russian so we of course will be returning home when we can. Thank you for the efficient documents.

Our visas (letters of invitation) and train tickets, booked through Express to Russia, were processed efficiently and we had no problems when using them (to get our Russian visas and when catching the trains) – The train rides from Helsinki to St Petersburg and then Moscow are fabulous in winter by the way – The letters of invitation were really helpful, particularly as it enabled us to make our own bookings for accommodation (online before) and tours (when in St Petersburg and Moscow), which saved us a lot of money and gave us the flexibility we wanted. Definitely would recommend Express to Russia.

I’ve been to Russia at least 15 times now and I have used Express to Russia for my Visa Invitation Letters for the vast majority of the times I have gone. Their service has always been exceptional even when I have encountered problems, they have been quick to accommodate me. For those of you who have spent a decent amount of time in Russia, you will already know that most Russian companies do not exactly value customer service, but I can say for sure this one does!

We express our warmest thanks to Express to Russia for providing tickets for the Transsiberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing with a stop in Ulan-Bator. Their service was fast, friendly and always correct. They helped us out of the diverse situations we experienced when we applied for visas. The embassy officers required invitations, copy of tickets, stamps and signatures. And this is not easy deliver if you’re not prepared when you finally come to the end of the line. I used Express to Russia’s service on a recent trip to St Petersburg. There are many organizations/companies on the internet offering services to Russia. However, you will never find a more efficient, faster and more personal service than Express to Russia. I will recommend them to anybody taking a trip to Russia. I really owe your company a great thank you. Within just a few hours of arriving in Russia, we made our way to Red Square. Within minutes one of our group, lost their passport. The next day your company called and told me that someone had found the passport and had called your company. I really appreciate your help and the extra trouble to help get this passport back to us. I would like to add my ExpresstoRussia review to the long list of commentaries from satisfied customers on your web site. The services I used included hotel reservations, obtaining visa invitation, transfers from and to the airport (SVO), two custom 11 hour day tours to suburban areas north and west of Moscow and a 4 hour city tour in Moscow.

My guide and driver for these trips were Lena and Rashid, respectively, who were very knowledgeable on Russian history, geography and roads. Since my objective was to visit first hand many of the sites of the October-December, 1941 battle of Moscow as would be done with a typical military history travel company, none of which were available over three years of searching the internet which could do an adequate job as described.

The two day tours included visits to: Krasnaya Polyana, Lobnya, Belyy Rast, Yakhroma, Peremilovo, Dmitrov, Rogachevo, Klin, Solnechnogorsk, Zelenograd and Khimki the first day (350 km) and Zhukovka, Perkhushkova, Odintsovo, Golitsyno, Petrishchevo, Mozhaysk, Borodino, Zvenigorod, Istra, Istra Reservoir and Snegiri (Lenino) the second day (another 350 km). The half day in Moscow was a more typical excursion to the usual tourist spots.

I highly recommend your services including the office contacts Liza and Yulia who helped in setting up my itinerary. While the total package may not be inexpensive, your organization has the routine down to a science so newcomers can leave it all to you.
